Job Description : Team Lead for AV Field Operations
- Role Overview : Lead and oversee AV field projects, ensuring smooth execution of installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Coordinate with clients and teams to deliver quality AV solutions.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise AV field technicians and manage daily assignments.
- Ensure timely setup, configuration, and testing of AV systems.
- Coordinate with clients for on-site requirements and feedback.
- Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Provide hands-on support for complex technical issues.
- Requirements : Proven experience in AV operations, team management skills, and technical expertise with AV equipment and software. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Required Certifications :
- CTS (Certified Technology Specialist)
- AVIXA Certification (Preferred)
- Crestron / Extron / AMX Programming Certifications (Optional but beneficial)
Experience
5+ years in AV installation or fieldwork, with leadership experience preferred.
Skills Required
