Job descriptionMinimum 7 years of experience in the public / social sector, with at least 5 years in a similar role. Experience in women’s economic empowerment initiatives in West Bengal preferred. Prior exposure to bilateral / multilateral or externally aided projects is an advantage. Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills in English and Bengali. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent networking and coordination abilities. Transparent, participative, and willing to travel for field assignments. Develop and implement a Knowledge Management Framework, Plan, and SOP for WEP. Create and maintain a Knowledge Repository including best practices, reports, tools, guidelines, and success stories. Organize and support workshops, trainings, and capacity-building activities for DWCDSW and stakeholders. Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials to disseminate WEP knowledge products. Facilitate knowledge exchange among internal and external partners for improved project outcomes.

- Master’s degree in Public Policy, Administration, Management, Economics, Social Work, Rural Development, or equivalent certification in Knowledge Management from a recognized institution.
