Scoutreach is a performance-driven lead-gen agency that books qualified meetings for B2B companies around the globe. Our outbound engine runs 24 / 7—and your inbox mastery will keep it humming.

🌟 What You’ll Do

  • Own our cold-email inboxes – read, prioritize, and reply to prospects with speed and empathy.
  • Convert replies into meetings – use proven objection-handling and scheduling tactics to turn interest into booked calls.
  • Optimize templates & workflows – spot patterns, suggest tweaks, and A / B-test snippets to lift conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with SDRs & founders – pass context-rich notes so sales calls start warm, not cold.
  • Report on daily outcomes – quick metrics recap (opens, positive replies, meetings set, learnings).

🎯 Must-Haves

  • 1+ year managing high-volume cold email or SDR inboxes (reply handling & meeting booking).
  • Fluent, professional written English —you catch tone and nuance, not just typos.
  • Familiarity with tools like Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar.
  • Self-managed schedule : you choose your working hours;
  • we care about results and fast response times, not a specific timezone.

  • Growth mind-set : eager to learn new industries, offers, and copy tactics.

  • Prior business development / sales experience.
  • Basic knowledge of deliverability best practices and A / B testing.
  • 💰 Compensation

  • Base salary + performance bonus for every qualified meeting booked.
