Job Purpose :
To execute marketing strategies and drive business development efforts in the allocated territory with a focus on increasing Assets Under Management (AUM) and expanding the investor base for UTI Mutual Fund schemes.
Key Responsibility Areas :
- Business Growth & AUM Expansion :
- Drive an increase in AUM by achieving and surpassing sales targets for funds mobilized.
- Ensure business growth through effective territory management and market penetration.
- Promotion & Product Knowledge :
- Actively promote UTI Mutual Fund schemes and educate clients on mutual fund products and industry trends.
- Provide training and conduct knowledge sessions for agents and advisors.
- Investor Engagement & Support :
- Increase the number of retail investors through targeted marketing and outreach.
- Support and guide distribution channels, including Individual Financial Advisors (IFAs).
- Market Intelligence & Strategy Development :
- Collect and analyze feedback from distributors and investors to improve service and offerings.
- Formulate branch-specific strategies based on regional dynamics and investor behavior.
- Events & Training :
- Organize investor meets, agent meetings, and finance fairs to enhance visibility and investor education.
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions to equip agents with updated market insights and product knowledge.
- Administrative & Operational Responsibilities :
- Ensure timely collection of funds and smooth branch administration.
- Maintain high levels of alertness to market changes and evolving customer demands.
