Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Webflow Developer on a contract basis to design, build, and maintain our website presence. This role will work closely with the Marketing and Design teams to translate creative ideas into engaging, high-performing Webflow pages that align with Josys’ brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Josys’ website using Webflow.
• Translate Figma / Design files into responsive, pixel-perfect Webflow pages.
• Ensure website performance, SEO optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement animations, interactions, and CMS-driven components within Webflow.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams on campaigns, landing pages, and feature launches.
• Troubleshoot bugs, fix technical issues, and continuously improve site performance.
• Manage integrations with third-party tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.).
