We are a fast-growing Noida-based startup building an innovative ecosystem around DropShipping, Government e-Marketplace (GeM) tender fulfilment, multi-vendor supply chains, and B2B commerce enablement . As we enter our next growth phase, we are looking for a Co-Founder who can join us at an early stage and help scale operations across India.

This is a zero-salary, profit-sharing founding role—ideal for someone with a strong entrepreneurial mindset who wants to build something meaningful from the ground up.

🔍 Role Overview

We are seeking a driven, hands-on Co-Founder who can invest time, effort, and leadership to build and scale our business. The ideal candidate will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founding team, lead operations, develop vendor networks, manage DropShipping workflows, and handle GeM tender opportunities.

This role involves field work, extensive research, government-department liaison, vendor coordination, onboarding suppliers , and scaling profitable business lines.

This is a perfect fit for someone who wants to prove their capability on the ground, create systems from scratch, and eventually lead a high-growth business vertical.

🎯 Key Responsibilities 1. Business Expansion & DropShipping Operations

• Identify trending products, evaluate suppliers, and manage full DropShipping cycles across Shopify, WooCommerce, and other platforms.
• Optimise product listings using data-driven conversion metrics and market trends.
