Accounts Executive (Full-time)

Location : Amanora Chambers, Magarpatta Road, Pune (On-site) | Experience : 2–3 years | Salary : ₹25,000–₹30,000 per monthAbout TravensoTravenso Travel LLP is a fast-growing travel services company, delivering seamless corporate and leisure travel experiences. As we scale, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to strengthen our finance and compliance function.What you’ll do- Maintain day-to-day accounting (entries, reconciliations, petty cash, accounts payable / receivable).- Prepare GST / TDS workings, invoices, receipts, and vendor / client payments.- Assist in payroll processing, reimbursements, and statutory compliance.- Coordinate with banks for transactions, statements, and reconciliations.- Maintain financial trackers, MIS reports, and assist in monthly / quarterly closing.- Support management with budgeting, expense monitoring, and audit preparation.Must-have skills- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST Filling, TDS, Indian taxation and MS Excel.- Familiarity with Zoho Books or similar accounting software.- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.- Professional email / phone etiquette.Nice to have- Prior experience in travel agency / service industry accounts.- Knowledge of Zoho Books invoicing tools.- Familiarity with LLP accounting, e-invoicing, or payroll systems.You’ll thrive if you- Are process-driven, deadline-oriented, and meticulous with numbers.- Can work independently while supporting the management team.- Are eager to grow with a young, ambitious travel startup.Perks- Exposure to end-to-end finance in a growing travel company.- Structured learning, cross-functional exposure, and clear growth pathways.How to apply- Apply via LinkedIn Easy Apply or email your CV with current CTC and notice period to You can also WhatsApp us at .
