Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced
iCIMS Techno-Functional Consultant
to support the implementation, configuration, integration, and ongoing optimization of the iCIMS Talent Acquisition platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of
technical expertise
and
functional understanding
of recruitment processes, HR systems, and integrations with enterprise applications such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
Key Responsibilities :
Configure and customize
iCIMS Talent Cloud
modules (Recruit, Connect, Onboard, Offer Management, etc.) based on business requirements.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and Talent Acquisition teams to gather, analyze, and document system and process requirements.
Manage and optimize integrations between iCIMS and other HRIS / ATS or third-party tools (background checks, assessments, job boards, etc.).
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within iCIMS.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with iCIMS support for resolution.
Perform system testing (UAT, regression, etc.) and coordinate release management activities.
Support data migration, data quality checks, and system audits.
Provide training, documentation, and ongoing system support to end users.
Stay current on iCIMS product updates, new features, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or related field.
3–5+ years of hands-on experience with
iCIMS platform administration and configuration .
Strong understanding of
HR processes , especially recruitment and onboarding.
Experience with
APIs, data integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, REST / SOAP APIs)
is preferred.
Proficient in
SQL, reporting tools, and Excel
for data analysis and validation.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
iCIMS certification is a plus.
