Senior Software Engineer (SDET / QA)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex solutions, coding larger features from start to finish
• Actively participate in planning, and performing code and architecture reviews of their teams product
• Help ensure the quality and integrity of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for their team and identify opportunities for improvement in how the team works, through usage of recommended tools and practices
• Develop and maintain automated UI and end-to-end tests for React Native mobile and React web applications
• Create reusable, maintainable, and scalable test frameworks using modern automation tools
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA team members to understand requirements, acceptance criteria, and edge cases
• Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Jenkins)
• Debug and troubleshoot test failures; identify root causes and communicate issues to engineering teams
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and QA process improvement initiatives
• Ensure consistent execution of tests across environments (staging, pre-prod, production)
• Contribute to test data management and environment setup as part of test planning

Requirements

5+ years of experience with mobile platforms (Android / iOS), build systems (Gradle, Xcode, CocoaPods), and automation tools (Appium, Detox, Fastlane)

Expertise in manual testing for mobile and web applications
