About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Influencer Content Coordinator to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our micro-influencer and UGC partnerships.
Your primary goal : build and maintain a steady pipeline of fresh, authentic TikTok & Instagram content that keeps our marketing team fully stocked for PPC testing and organic growth.
This is a fast-moving, execution-heavy role—ideal for someone who thrives on juggling multiple creator conversations, tracking detailed workflows, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
What Success Looks Like
- Month 1 : Establish a steady flow of 10–20 pieces of raw UGC content per week across multiple brands.
- Month 3 : Maintain a pipeline that delivers 30+ usable content pieces weekly to fuel ads and organic calendars.
- Month 6 : Scale and diversify the creator base to consistently deliver 30+ high-quality content pieces per week .
Key Responsibilities Creator Pipeline Management
Research and identify aligned micro-influencers (1K–20K) on TikTok who genuinely love pets and reflect brand values.Execute personalized outreach to boost response rates and build meaningful creator relationships.Track outreach metrics, negotiations, and lifecycle stages using project management tools.Seamless Creator Onboarding
Guide creators through collaboration agreements ensuring 100% compliance.Coordinate product selection and shipping logistics with the fulfillment team.Deliver exceptional onboarding experiences that lead to long-term partnerships.Content Strategy & Quality Control
Conduct briefing calls to communicate messaging, brand voice, and content expectations.Act as the primary liaison during content creation.Review raw content to ensure quality before passing it to the post-production team.Operations Excellence
Maintain organized Google Drive folders and naming conventions for easy access.Provide weekly reports on pipeline health, content delivery, and creator performance.Continuously optimize workflows for scalability and creator satisfaction.Candidate Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience managing micro-influencer or UGC campaigns (agency or in-house).Proven success sourcing and onboarding micro-influencers (1K–20K) on TikTok and Instagram.UGC pipeline management experience – consistently delivering 30+ content pieces per month.Experience managing creator relationships end-to-end : sourcing → onboarding → content delivery.Strong operational skills — setting up workflows, logistics, tracking systems, and creator databases.Execution-focused — not just strategy or PR. You thrive in the details and can manage multiple moving parts.Tools proficiency : Google Workspace, Airtable / Notion, project management platforms.Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.Bonus Points
