Job description

Holds the highest level of responsibility within the club, overseeing day-to-day operations and team performance.

All gym staff are accountable to the manager , ensuring a well-structured chain of command.

Responsible for managing all purchase requirements necessary for club operations.

Makes minor financial decisions to support daily business needs.

May actively participate in sales activities and is eligible for performance-based incentives .

Ensures that staff perform efficiently and in alignment with the club's standards.

Manages staff rosters and shift timings , ensuring proper coverage and productivity.

Expected to maintain flexible work hours , typically around 9 hours per day .

Accountable for achieving the overall club targets , including membership growth and service excellence.

Oversees software management related to club operations and reporting.

Handles public relations, lead follow-ups, and membership conversions to enhance member engagement.

Manages pre-sales activities , including planning and executing marketing campaigns such as flyers, inserts, and outdoor promotions .
