Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in Ahmedabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for various recruiting tasks including sales recruitment and full-life cycle recruiting. The role involves managing the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to finalizing hires. Effective account management and communication will also be crucial day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
• Experience in Hiring and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Previous experience in the consulting or staffing industry is a plus
