Plc Programmer / Automation Engineer

Experience : 2–3 Years with bachelor's degree in Electrical,Electronics and Instrumentation.

Technologies : Siemens (S7-1200 / 1500, TIA Portal), Beckhoff (TwinCAT 2 / 3), CODESYS

Industry : Industrial Automation / Manufacturing / Process Automation

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain PLC programs using Siemens TIA Portal , Beckhoff TwinCAT , and CODESYS-based controllers .
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot automation solutions for special machines and Assembly lines.
• Configure and integrate HMI / SCADA systems , including WinCC, TwinCAT HMI, and CODESYS visualization.
• Work with electrical and mechanical teams to analyze control requirements and translate them into functional logic.
• Perform debugging, commissioning, and startup of automation systems at customer sites or in-house.
• Integrate and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols (e.G., PROFINET, EtherCAT, Modbus TCP, OPC UA ).
• Conduct system testing, FAT / SAT , and support handover to the client.
• Implement safety logic and work with safety PLCs when required.
• Provide technical support , root-cause analysis, and corrective action for automation faults.
