Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Chartered Accountant with deep expertise in General Ledger (GL) consolidation, SPA (Shared Platform Accounting), and S / 4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will bring strong domain knowledge in GL processes, a solid understanding of US GAAP, and proven experience in leading or supporting SAP S / 4HANA transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support SPA GL consolidation activities across multiple entities and geographies.
Drive and contribute to S / 4HANA implementation projects, focusing on GL and financial consolidation modules.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP and internal policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, and external consultants to align system capabilities with business requirements.
Design and optimize GL processes and controls within the S / 4HANA environment.
Provide expert guidance on chart of accounts, intercompany eliminations, and financial close processes.
Conduct gap analysis, prepare functional specifications, and support testing and deployment phases.
Monitor and resolve issues related to data integrity, system configuration, and reporting accuracy.

Required Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) or ICWA certification is mandatory.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in GL consolidation and financial reporting.

Hands-on experience with SAP S / 4HANA, especially in Finance (FI) and GL modules.

Strong understanding of US GAAP and international accounting standards.

Proven track record in SAP implementation or migration projects.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Must-Haves

Minimum 5 years of experience in GL Consolidation.

Minimum 2 years of experience in S / 4HANA implementation.

Minimum 5 years of experience in General Ledger Accounting.

Chartered Accountant (CA) / ICWA qualification.

Strong understanding of US GAAP and international accounting standards.

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred Skills)

Experience with SAP Group Reporting or BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation).

Knowledge of IFRS and other global accounting frameworks.

Exposure to multinational corporate environments and shared service models.
