Job description

Hold complete P&L responsibility for the Cement Additives and Concrete Admixtures business, driving overall sales growth, operational excellence, and sustained profitability.

Strategically expand market presence across domestic and international geographies, identifying new business opportunities and strengthening competitive positioning.

Oversee plant setup, commissioning, product development, and supply chain management for additives and admixtures, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality output.

Develop and nurture strong customer relationships with ready-mix concrete producers, cement manufacturers, and large contracting firms, ensuring long-term business continuity.

Champion quality management systems, R&D partnerships, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and process efficiency.

Formulate annual business plans, budgets, pricing frameworks, and strategies for market share expansion within the construction chemicals domain.

Lead, mentor, and build high-performing technical, commercial, and operations teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
