Objective :
Lead end-to-end recruitment of skilled and semi-skilled workers from India for a new wind turbine manufacturing plant in South East Asia (nacelle, hub, blade and related assembly operations).
Key Responsibilities :
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for assembly, fabrication, machining, composites, electrical and mechanical roles.
- Build and manage a recruitment pipeline of many number of workers (technicians, operators, supervisors, QA, stores, etc.).
- Work closely with the overseas recruitment consultant team and employers to understand skill requirements, manpower plan, and joining timelines .
- Collaborate with manpower agencies, ITIs, polytechnics, and trade test centers across India.
- Organize trade tests, client interviews, and medicals as per destination-country regulations.
- Coordinate documentation, visa processing, and mobilization with travel / immigration partners.
- Maintain an updated candidate database and weekly status reports .
Desired Requirements :
3+ years of experience in mass / international recruitment , preferably for manufacturing or heavy industry.Experience in placing workers in Southeast Asian countries is an advantage.Strong network with workers in the mentioned equipment manufacturing sector.Good understanding of overseas visa, medical, and mobilization procedures .Excellent communication skills in English.Ability to choose right candidate to meet the client's requirements.
