Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. This full-time role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the development of our educational platforms. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in gathering and analyzing requirements, ensuring efficient communication between stakeholders, and facilitating the successful implementation of innovative solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• User Stories (Mandatory skill) : Ability to clearly define and document user stories to ensure product requirements are accurately conveyed.
• Wireframing (Mandatory skill) : Proficiency in creating wireframes to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.
• Requirements Gathering (Mandatory skill) : Expertise in gathering and analyzing requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• UML : Ability to utilize Unified Modeling Language to aid in the visualization of system design and architecture.
• Documentation : Strong documentation skills to maintain accurate and detailed project records and requirements.
• Agile Methodologies : Familiarity with agile practices and principles to support iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Management : Competency in managing relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met effectively.
