Key responsibilities include managing product data, coordinating sample development, and contributing to operational efficiency.Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer with deep expertise in Salesforce CRM testing and cross-platform quality assurance. This role focuses on validating end-to-end business workflows across integrated systems, with Salesforce at the core of lead, opportunity, quoting, and service lifecycle management.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing Salesforce declarative configurations (flows, validation rules, approval processes), Apex triggers and classes, Lightning components, and APIs (REST / SOAP / GraphQL). Experience with data migrations, sandbox refreshes, and Salesforce release management cycles is also expected.In addition to traditional QA responsibilities, this role emphasizes test automation using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar, with a strong focus on mobile / responsive testing.
