Key responsibilities include managing product data, coordinating sample development, and contributing to operational efficiency.Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer with deep expertise in Salesforce CRM testing and cross-platform quality assurance. This role focuses on validating end-to-end business workflows across integrated systems, with Salesforce at the core of lead, opportunity, quoting, and service lifecycle management.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing Salesforce declarative configurations (flows, validation rules, approval processes), Apex triggers and classes, Lightning components, and APIs (REST / SOAP / GraphQL). Experience with data migrations, sandbox refreshes, and Salesforce release management cycles is also expected.In addition to traditional QA responsibilities, this role emphasizes test automation using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar, with a strong focus on mobile / responsive testing. Familiarity with AI-powered QA platforms like TestSigma or Mabl is highly desirable to help improve test coverage, reduce maintenance, and integrate testing into CI / CD pipelines.Candidates must also understand dependencies across systems like ERP(NetSuite), IPAAS(Celigo), and E-Commerce(Shopify), and proactively identify breakpoints in integrated flows that originate from Salesforce.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute test strategies for Salesforce CRM, including lead-to-opportunity lifecycle, CPQ configurations, case management, and service workflows.Validate both declarative (flows, validation rules, page layouts) and programmatic (Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components) functionalities in Salesforce.Ensure functional, integration, and regression testing across Salesforce and connected platforms such as NetSuite (ERP), Shopify (eCommerce), and Celigo (middleware).Build and maintain automation test suites using Selenium, Playwright, Appium, or equivalent tools, with support for mobile / responsive and cross-browser testing.Leverage AI-powered testing platforms (e.g., TestSigma, Mabl) to streamline test creation, execution, and maintenance within CI / CD workflows.Participate in sprint ceremonies, user story reviews, and release planning to proactively surface test risks, dependencies, and coverage gaps.Conduct exploratory and negative testing to identify edge cases, UX / UI inconsistencies, and validation gaps.Maintain robust documentation of test plans, test cases, test data, scripts, and reusable QA assets.Log, triage, and manage defects in Jira (or equivalent), with detailed reproduction steps, priority classification, and follow-through on resolution and retesting.Mandatory Qualifications5+ years of hands-on QA experience, including direct ownership of Salesforce test planning and execution.Strong understanding of Salesforce data model (Accounts, Leads, Opportunities, Cases), automation tools (Flows, Process Builder), and development elements (Apex, SOQL, Lightning).Proven experience automating UI and functional tests using Selenium, Playwright, or similar open-source frameworks.Experience validating REST / SOAP APIs and platform events using Postman, Swagger, or automated API frameworks like Rest Assured.Familiarity with testing AI-enabled QA tools (TestSigma, Mabl, Functionize, etc.) or strong interest in learning and adopting AI-based testing techniques.Demonstrated ability to test end-to-end flows involving Salesforce and third-party systems (ERP, commerce, middleware), with attention to data sync, field mapping, and timing dependencies.Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills, including reviewing integration logs, error payloads, and debug outputs.Recommended (Preferred) QualificationsFamiliarity with Celigo or other iPaaS platforms for data integration.Exposure to Salesforce declarative tools (flows, process builder, validation rules).Prior experience testing within regulated environments (SOC2, GDPR, etc.).Working knowledge of NetSuite, Shopify, or other cloud ERP / eCommerce platforms.ISTQB CTFL, Salesforce Admin, or other relevant certifications.Tools & Platforms (Not Exhaustive)Candidates are encouraged to have worked with similar tools if not the exact list below : Test Automation : Selenium, Playwright, Appium, or CypressTest Management : Jira, Xray, TestRail, ZephyrAPI Testing : Postman, Swagger, Rest AssuredAI-Powered QA Tools : TestSigma, Mabl, Functionize (or equivalent)Collaboration : Confluence, Slack, GitSoft SkillsAnalytical thinker with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Effective communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally with developers, analysts, and product teams.Strong documentation discipline and ability to self-prioritize with minimal supervision.Performance MetricsTest Coverage : >
