Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Artificial Trainer to join our team on-site in Lucknow. The Artificial Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging, high-quality training sessions in pharmaceuticals, clinical research, medical coding, and related fields. This role involves designing training materials, conducting interactive workshops, evaluating trainee performance, and ensuring the content meets industry standards. The trainer will work closely with other team members to continuously update and improve educational programs to meet evolving industry requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Pharmaceuticals, Clinical Research, Medical Coding, and Life Sciences domains.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective training materials and presentations.
• Exceptional communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills for engaging with trainees.
• Proficiency in assessing trainee progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining training records.
• Adaptability to updates in industry standards and willingness to continuously learn and improve.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Previous experience in teaching, training, or educational program development is preferred.
