Bigshare - Assistant General Manager - IPO Commission & Brokerage

Responsibilities and Duties

• Liaise and coordinate with Merchant Bankers, Brokers, and Syndicate Broker teams for brokerage and commission calculations.
• Ensure smooth processing of brokerage calculations by coordinating with multiple stakeholders such as Merchant Bankers, Stock Exchanges, SCSBs, and Sponsor Banks.
• Handle and resolve brokerage and commission-related queries from brokers and banks.
• Implement regulatory changes issued by SEBI, Stock Exchanges, and Depositories in internal applications and processes.
• Work under strict timelines to ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments.
• Apply strong analytical and numerical skills to manage large data sets and complex calculations.
• Possess good understanding of primary and secondary capital market products (preferred).
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).

Experience : Minimum 10 years

Job Location : Andheri (East), Mumbai

Qualification : Graduate / Post-Graduate

Preferred Industry : Financial Services (DP, Broking, RTA, or Merchant Banking)
