• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management.
• Design compensation & benefits programs ensuring compliance.
• Foster diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and manage risk.
• Drive learning, development, and succession planning initiatives.
