Co-Founder : Operations & Platform (Equity Only Initially - No Funding Required)

The Mission : You are the Chief Architect of Trust and Quality for NexVolta, the marketplace connecting idle data center capacity with demand. Your role is to bridge the gap between software and physical infrastructure, transforming heterogeneous provider resources into a single, high-reliability utility for our customers. You own the integrity of the platform.

🎯 Core Responsibilities & Deliverables (Year 1 Ownership)

• Integration (The 'How') : Lead the technical onboarding for the initial cohort of 50-75 data center providers. Design, implement, and ensure the flawless execution of the API mapping that links provider inventory (racks, power, VMs) to the NexVolta platform.
• Quality Standard (The 'What') : Define, build, and enforce the "Verified DC" certification process. This includes setting non-negotiable standards for security, compliance, PUE, and network performance, ensuring all listed capacity meets enterprise-grade expectations.
• Operational Assurance : Build the entire operational framework for value-added services , including the workflow, SLAs, and quality checks for the Remote Hands service. Guarantee a seamless, reliable experience for users interacting with physical infrastructure they don't own.
• Platform Scalability : Work directly with the engineering team to design the unified monitoring and orchestration tools necessary to manage 10x growth in transactions across a diverse global network of providers.
