Account Managers role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers / clients, develop new business from existing clients.
- Meeting the clients on regular basis and understanding their needs.(Need to hire one Senior recruiter in Bangalore he / she will be supporting for both )
- Working on active requirements - Generic / Niche / Combinational
- SPOC for intense follow ups & feedback
- Ensuring the closure on all terms of final selection in a shorter cycle.
- Negotiate in organisation's perspective ensuring minimum 40% margin ( taking into consideration TDS, GST etc) & assign the rates accordingly to recruiters
- Major responsibility include developing strong relationships with customers / clients, Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.
- Address client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers / clients.
- Ensure to maintain TAT time on profile submissions
- Monthly report to management on the respective team's performance , with respect to submissions, interview schedule, selections on-boardings.
- Responsible for end to end recruitment of the team, strengthening team's performance by hiring right talents & identifying the next line of seniors in the team, training them accordingly
- Periodical training programs to enhance the team's performance.
- Co-ordinate with HR team on the internal hiring and forecasting the number of position to be filled internally, by giving the proper inputs of expectation from Delivery in a week advance so that profiles can be line dup for interview , ensuring to follow the internal hiring process.
- Ensure to stick to your perspective team's & cross co-ordinate with other teams whenever there is a need
- Timely information to HR & management on non-performance of the recruiters & the subsequent plan of action with PIP initiation accordingly
