Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an OpenText VIM Consultant based in Bengaluru. The consultant will manage end-to-end implementation and support of OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions. Responsibilities include configuring VIM, conducting workshops, gathering business requirements, creating functional specifications, and providing technical expertise. Collaboration with clients to deliver optimized solutions and ensuring seamless system integration within their business processes will also be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in OpenText VIM implementation and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of SAP modules such as MM, FI, and Workflow
• Experience in business requirements gathering and creating functional specifications
• Technical expertise in enterprise content management and workflow automation solutions
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills
• Ability to adapt to an on-site work environment in Bengaluru
• Proven experience in shared services processes and automation technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
