Roles and Responsibilities

Work on the Drupal / PHP projects single-handedly.

Implementation of new technologies to the assigned projects.

Maintain and improve existing code to improve performance.

Experience : (4–5 Years)

Sr Developer

Desired Skills :

Hands on experience Drupal (9,10), custom module development and custom theming.

Experience with other content management systems and open-source - Like Wordpress / Magento / Laravel

Strong knowledge of PHP, MVC (CakePHP and / or Laravel), MySQL, JavaScript, CSS.

Experience in JS Frameworks

Experience in headless Drupal development.

Experience with Drupal development technologies such as Drush, Configuration Management, and Composer.

Experience using Git source code versioning and Pull Requests.

Actively contributing to Drupal or other open-source projects.

Experience providing technical consulting and support.

Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and large scale application deployment.

Experience with Drupal-adjunct techniques such as the LAMP platform, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and JavaScript.

Ability to mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews

Strong problem-solving skills and architectural thinking

Familiarity with Linux-based servers

Basic command-line proficiency

Knowledge of Apache / Nginx server configurations

Experience with Docker

Exposure to AWS, DigitalOcean, or other cloud platforms

Experience with GraphQL

Understanding of microservices architecture

Working knowledge of WebSockets for real-time features

Prompt Engineering : Ability to craft effective prompts for LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for coding, content generation, summarization, debugging, etc.

AI-Enhanced Development Tools : Proficient in using tools like : Cursor, Copilot,CodeWhisperer, etc
