We’re building a new-age ecosystem combining AI, transparency, and expert guidance to revolutionize how people buy homes.

We’re now looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can own our digital marketing growth end-to-end — from ideation to execution — and generate qualified leads through paid channels, social media, and creative storytelling.

What You’ll Own (Key Responsibilities)

  • Lead Generation & Campaigns :
  • Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn to drive quality real estate leads for Hyderabad markets.
  • Creative Strategy :
  • Conceptualize ad creatives, videos, and carousels that don’t feel like ads — strong visual storytelling, emotionally intelligent copy, and conversion-focused design.
  • Analytics & Optimization :
  • Track and analyze campaign metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS, CAC) — experiment with audience segmentation, lookalike modeling, A / B testing, and retargeting to continuously improve results.
  • Cross-Platform Growth :
  • Manage performance campaigns for WhatsApp, YouTube, and remarketing funnels integrated with Zoho CRM and n8n workflows.
  • Collaboration & Ownership :
  • Work directly with the founding team on GTM strategy, landing pages, and marketing automation.
  • Bring fresh, experimental ideas — and the confidence to execute them fast.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing (preferably in real estate, proptech, or lead-gen-focused brands)
  • Deep understanding of paid marketing funnels (Meta Ads, Google Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Strong sense of design aesthetics, ad copy, and storytelling (you understand what stops the scroll)
  • Experience with WhatsApp / CRM integrations and marketing automations (bonus if you’ve used Zoho, HubSpot, or n8n)
  • Analytical mindset — able to interpret data, build insights, and take ownership of performance metrics
  • A creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, startup-style environment
