Customer Care Executive - FunCruises Goa

Location : Sinquerim Goa

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle bookings and scheduling of boat cruises.
Assist the CEO with day-to-day activities
Managing customer grievances and concerns professionally.
Maintaining Accurate records.
Ensure smooth coordination and multitasking in a time bound environment

SKILLS REQUIRED

Ability to Multitask and work under deadlines.

Strong communication and people skills.

Proficiency in computers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION : Any Graduate

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 6 months to 1 year

SALARY RANGE (NET) : 15000 / - to 20000 / -
