Principal Duties and Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs and revenue goals.
Drive individual and team performance through structured coaching, daily huddles, goal setting, and real-time feedback.Monitor team performance metrics closely and take corrective action to address underperformance using established coaching and performance management techniques.Identify sales gaps and implement actionable strategies to drive growth, increase conversion rates, and enhance overall sales productivity.Manage team scheduling, shrinkage, and attrition by ensuring adequate staffing, minimizing idle time, and improving team stability.What We Offer :
