Job Title : Graduate Trainee - Online Reputation Management (ORM)

Location : Worli, Mumbai, Maharashtr

Duration : 6-Month Traineeship

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement ORM strategies to enhance clients’ online reputation.

Monitor and manage online reviews, forums, and discussions across multiple platforms.

Respond to and address negative sentiment or mentions to mitigate potential risks.

Utilize ORM tools to track performance, measure sentiment, and identify trends.

Stay updated on emerging industry trends and best practices in reputation management.

Prepare detailed ORM performance reports, highlighting insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Availability for a full-time 6-month traineeship.

Technical & Soft Skills

Basic knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent presentation abilities.

High attention to detail with a commitment to quality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
