About the Role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to join our team at FRQ BRO PRIVATE LIMITED (OPPO), Chennai . The role involves handling end-to-end HR operations ,

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters .

Maintain and update employee records such as attendance, leave, and personal details.

Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely processing with accuracy.

Handle employee engagement programs , celebrations, and communication activities.

Support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures .

Address employee queries and grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.

Assist in training coordination and performance tracking.

Prepare and maintain HR reports and MIS for management review.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, and other labour laws.

Required Skills :

Strong knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance .

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Power point

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Qualifications : Any Degree
