Nosis is a multilingual book and podcast summary app designed for Asia and the Middle East, making global knowledge accessible in native languages such as Hindi, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, and Arabic. With 1,200+ summaries and growing, we're on a mission to help millions learn faster and smarter.

Role Overview :

We're looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Consultant to help us accelerate user acquisition and retention across iOS and Android. You'll own our growth funnel — from App Store Optimization to paid campaigns and content marketing — blending creativity with performance data to drive installs, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) – titles, screenshots, reviews, keywords, and conversion tracking.
  • Plan and manage TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads campaigns focused on installs and retention.
  • Develop AI-powered content marketing and ad creatives for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Build marketing automation funnels for user onboarding, reactivation, and referral loops.
  • Optimize performance through continuous testing — creatives, CTAs, audiences, and placements.
  • Collaborate with the product and content teams to align campaigns with feature releases.
  • Set up dashboards to track CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, and organic growth metrics.

What We're Looking For :

  • Proven experience scaling mobile apps (preferably consumer or content apps).
  • Strong grasp of ASO, paid social, and performance marketing.
  • Creative mindset with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Veo 3, CapCut, Midjourney, etc.).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (PostHog, OneSignal, or Airship).
  • Data-driven with a test-and-learn mentality.
  • Independent, fast-moving, and results-oriented.
