Job descriptionAcquiring and managing a high yield book Continuous engagement with internal relationship teams, ideating with both internal and external stakeholders for identifying opportunities for financing / structuring / advisory mandates Work Independently as well as a part of larger team for sourcing deals in M&A, takeover through IBC process, Private Equity arrangement / Exits, securitization etc. Arrange special situation funding for Merger / Acquisition and other opportunities for the whole region Will be responsible for monitoring and upkeep of entire high yield book North and East
Job Requirements :
- Education qualifications : - MBA / CA with at least 5 -7 years of relevant work experience.
- Established track record of originating / structuring of high yield deals
- Should have in depth credit knowledge and experience in dealing with both external and internal stakeholders
- Good negotiation skills
