About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager / Technical Lead with around 3–5 years of experience in software development and project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovation and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end software projects, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.

Conduct use case and business analysis to translate ideas into actionable technical solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and align technology with business needs.

Oversee development across multiple technologies (Python, JavaScript, Flutter, DevOps).

Architect scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.

Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture.

Stay updated on AI and emerging tech trends; proactively recommend improvements.

Requirements

3–5 years’ experience in software development and project management.

Hands-on expertise in Python, JavaScript, and Flutter .

Strong understanding of DevOps , server management, and deployment workflows.

Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience in solution architecture and business / use case analysis.

Excellent command of English (written and spoken) .
