Maintain timely and professional communication with clients. Support budgeting, forecasting, and inventory planning for events. Build strong client relationships with personalized service and attention to detail. Foster seamless collaboration across departments. Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a solution-oriented mindset. For Education : Degree in Hotel Management or related field Experience : Minimum 1 year in F&B or sales operations, with hands-on event coordination in luxury hospitality Event detailing & BEO preparation Client relationship management Cross-functional collaboration Time & resource management Strong communication & presentation
