Clear, confident, and spontaneous communication both written and spoken is essential to manage real-time customer queries and deliver high-quality support.Basic computer literacy is expected, including the ability to navigate chat systems, troubleshoot simple issues, and use support tools effectively.Desired Skill Sets (Good to have) Experience in creating process maps and departmental procedure manuals New transition experience Experience in doing quality audits and provide constructive feedbacks
