About the Role :

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Counsellors to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a passion for guiding students toward the right academic and career paths. You will play a key role in student engagement, admissions, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Counsel students and parents about academic programs and course options.
• Handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online leads efficiently.
• Follow up with prospective students and achieve admission or sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollments.
• Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth admission processes.
• Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
