Digital Services Account Manager

Launzr is a rapidly growing digital and compliance solutions company. We are looking for a skilled and target-driven Sales Executive with strong experience in selling website development services and ROC compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve the monthly sales target of ₹1.2 lakhs through consistent lead generation and conversions.
• Pitch and sell Website Development , ROC Compliance Services , and other digital products.
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle : prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing → follow-up.
• Conduct client meetings, product demos, and requirement discussions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Maintain accurate sales data and update CRM tools regularly.
• Submit weekly sales performance and pipeline reports.

Salary

Salary : ₹50,000 per month + Performance Incentives (10% of every sales

Monthly Sales Target : ₹1.2 Lakhs (full salary only paid after achieving targets, otherwise adjusted salary will be given)
