Job descriptionProven experience as a Senior AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or AI Solutions Architect. Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI tools, and AI / ML libraries. Experience with cloud AI platforms (Google Vertex AI, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, etc.). Knowledge of vector search technologies and embedding-based retrieval. Strong understanding of MLOps, model lifecycle management, and scalable AI deployment. Hands-on experience on RAG-based applications. Hands-on experience on prompt engineering along with creation of prompt flow.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of GenAI agents using Google Vertex AI, Azure AI, or similar platforms.
- Architect and implement end-to-end AI solutions using LLMs, APIs, vector databases, and enterprise data sources.
- Build RAG-based (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and implement prompt engineering and model fine-tuning.
- Integrate with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus to enable intelligent search and retrieval.
- Optimize and maintain scalable AI / ML pipelines for performance, cost-efficiency, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define AI strategies, and lead delivery efforts.
- Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for AI development and deployment.
- Mandatory : Must be available to work from the office 5 days a week.
