Job Title : Videography Intern

• Location : Thane, Mumbai
• Employment Type : In-person / Hybrid
• Experience : Student or recent graduate in Filmmaking or related field
• Budget : ₹8-10k / month

Position Overview : Shortgun Games, a Mumbai-based video-game development studio located in Thane, is currently working on some exciting new game projects and are inviting applications from creative, motivated students / recent graduates interested in filmmaking, content creation, and gaming to join us as a Behind-the-Scenes (BTS) Videographer & Content Editor.

Key Responsibilities :

Visit our Thane studio once or multiple times a week to capture behind-the-scenes footage .

Shoot candid, non-intrusive videos of the team, workspace, and development process.

Conduct one-on-one interviews with prior approval from the Marketing Head.

Initially, capture content using your personal phone with a good camera;

edit both short-form and long-form content for Instagram, YouTube, and X.

Collaborate closely with the Marketing Head and others to plan and structure a social media content pipeline.

Maintain organized folders of raw and edited footage.

Demonstrate interest in gaming and game development.

Requirements :

Able to travel to Thane 1–3 times per week.

Demonstrated video editing experience with portfolio / reel.

Comfortable shooting candid BTS footage without disrupting work.

Strong interest in gaming and game development.

Available for regular communication with the Marketing Head.

Follows interview approval protocols strictly.

Organized with footage and file management.
