Work experience on Onboarding and off boarding process by enabling / disabling logical / physical access.
Having client engagement experience for taking follow up on client tools or application access provisioning / de-provisioning
Familiar with Service desk, Remedy & Jira tool
Experience on Folder share drive access provision / revoke.
Good knowledge on MS excel, word, power point.
Day to day activities needs to be performed
Daily physical and logical access revocation Signoff, ID Creation, ID Disable, Troubleshooting of physical access problems. MIS reporting, Daily email Management, Work on daily tickets, etc.
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Should work independently and ensure smooth operations
Interacts with concern teams to resolve daily adhoc requests.
