Role Overview :

We are seeking experienced and motivated professionals for the Sales Process of Star Health Insurance. The role involves engaging with potential customers, explaining health insurance products, and ensuring high conversion through effective communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for health insurance sales.
  • Generate leads and convert them into policy sales.
  • Explain health insurance products, features, and benefits to customers clearly.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
  • Upsell and cross-sell health insurance products as per customer requirements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing excellent service.
  • Comply with regulatory and organizational guidelines in all sales activities.

Requirements :

  • Minimum qualification : HSC (12th Pass).
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in insurance or sales process.
  • Average proficiency in Hindi with good communication skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation and persuasion skills.
  • Goal-driven, with the ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
