Position : Operations & KYC Associate Location : Hyderabad Experience : 0–2 years Role Summary
You will handle onboarding, KYC processing, documentation, backend operations, and support all investment transactions across Mutual Funds, SIF, and NPS.
Key Responsibilities
- Process new client onboarding & CKYC
- Verify documents, PAN, Aadhaar, signatures
- Coordinate with AMCs, R&T Agents, SIF partners
- Process SIP, lumpsum, redemptions, switches
- Maintain transaction accuracy & compliance
- Update client records, CRM data & reports
- Handle operational queries from RMs & clients
- Support compliance team with audits / document checks
