Python Full Stack Developer - Django / Flask / React.js

Responsibilities :

• Architect, design, and develop scalable fullstack applications using Python and modern frontend frameworks.
• Build and optimize backend services with Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI), ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
• Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React.js, Angular, or Vue.js .
• Integrate Agentic AI systems (LLMs, RAG pipelines, autonomous agents) into production-ready applications.
• Collaborate with AI / ML teams to deploy, test, and fine-tune LLM-based solutions.
• Build and manage APIs and microservices for AI-driven workflows.
• Implement best practices in CI / CD, automated testing, and cloud deployment.
• Work with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. ).
• Stay updated on the latest developments in AI agents, LLMs, and autonomous AI ecosystems.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical :
• 6-8 years of proven experience in fullstack development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js ).
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• 1+ year of practical experience with Agentic AI (LLMs, LangChain, AutoGen, RAG pipelines, AI orchestration frameworks).
• Proficiency in working with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
