We are seeking a strategic thinker who can translate data, market intelligence, and cultural insights into meaningful brand strategies and actionable recommendations for clients. The Brand Strategist will work at the intersection of research, analysis, and creative thinking to develop compelling brand narratives and strategic frameworks that solve complex business challenges.
The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative consulting environment, possesses strong analytical capabilities, and can synthesize diverse information sources—from primary and secondary research to competitive intelligence and trend analysis—into coherent strategic points of view. You will work directly with clients across B2B and consumer sectors, leading strategic workstreams and contributing to high-impact brand consulting projects.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Insight & Analysis
Translate complex data sets, market research, and competitive intelligence into actionable strategic insights and recommendations
Structure, analyze, and synthesize findings from both primary research (surveys, interviews) and secondary sources (reports, industry studies, competitive analysis) to generate insights that inform brand strategy
Develop strategic hypotheses and points of view that facilitate brand positioning, architecture, and transformation initiatives
Conduct comprehensive market assessments, competitive landscape analysis, and opportunity identification to inform strategic recommendations
Stay ahead of emerging brand trends, cultural shifts, and innovation in marketing, design, and business strategy
Project & Workstream Leadership
Own and lead strategic workstreams from research through final recommendations, understanding how individual components contribute to overall project objectives
Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying scopes, timelines, and stakeholder requirements
Collaborate cross-functionally with research teams, creative departments, and client service teams to ensure integrated strategic solutions
Client Engagement & Consulting
Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, presenting insights and recommendations with confidence and clarity
Actively contribute to client workshops and strategy sessions, utilizing strategic frameworks and tools to identify business opportunities and solve brand challenges
Translate complex strategic concepts into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences including C-suite executives
Influence internal and external stakeholders through persuasive communication and strategic thinking
Respond to client questions and concerns with strategic perspective and business acumen
Business Development & Thought Leadership
Support new business initiatives by conducting background research on prospective clients and their competitive landscapes
Contribute to the development of compelling pitch materials, proposals, and scopes of work
Develop strategic points of view on industry trends, market opportunities, and brand challenges
Create high-quality client presentations that effectively communicate strategic recommendations
Innovation & Efficiency
Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance research depth, improve analytical efficiency, and accelerate strategic development
Continuously explore and evaluate new methodologies, tools, and approaches to brand strategy consulting
Contribute to the development of proprietary frameworks, tools, and intellectual capita
Skills Requirements :
Experience Required : 3+ years of core experience in strategy consulting (management consulting, brand consulting or business consulting)
Demonstrated experience leading strategic projects from research through final recommendations
Experience with both B2B and consumer sectors preferred; B2B experience highly valued
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
Strong analytical skills including competitive analysis, market assessment, trend analysis, and opportunity identification
Experience with research methodologies and ability to select appropriate approaches based on business objectives
Deep understanding of both Qualitative and Quantitative primary research methodologies & process
Proven ability to create compelling presentations and strategic narratives
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Familiarity with research databases, competitive intelligence platforms, and market research tools
Comfort with AI tools and emerging technologies for research and analysis
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Strategy, or related field preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Liberal Arts, Communications, or related discipline
