Content Marketing Intern

Job descriptionSupport the team during content shoots (prep & execution). Handle minimal social posting and scheduling to ensure reach consistency. Maintain regular posting across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn. Maintain a tracker of published posts / ads across all channels. Share weekly updates on what went live, along with performance highlights (CTR, through plays, ROAS). Assist with initiatives like Pratisindi collaborations and AI experimentation. Organize ad creatives, meme drafts, and video files in shared folders / drive. Test out new formats, tools, and trends (AI editing, templates, captioning, etc.). Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, and social media. Basic skills in design / editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar). Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Creative mindset with the ability to think in memes and trends. Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to experiment with new formats. Location : Work from Office – (Occasional WFH flexibility possible) Stipend : ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month Duration : 3–6 months, with the possibility of extension / full-time role Start Date : Immediate

About the Role
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content & Marketing Intern to join Peppy. This role is perfect for someone who loves experimenting with ads, memes, and content while keeping an eye on performance. You'll work closely with our marketing team to create, adapt, and track content across multiple platforms.
Core Responsibilities
Content Creation & Editing
- Assist in creating static ad creatives.
- Support with video ad edits and standalone content pieces.
- Rework both rejected and approved ads into fresh variants.
- Ideate and design meme-style ads aligned with Peppy's tone.
- Provide content, copy, and design support as needed.
