Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in Paid Social and PPC advertising, with a strong understanding of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
- Campaign Setup and Management : Set up and manage Google AdWords and Bing campaigns by conducting thorough keyword research, writing compelling ad copies, and ensuring effective campaign structure.
- Optimization and Performance Analysis : Monitor and optimize campaigns using bid and budget management, structural optimization, keyword analysis, ad text optimization, and creative optimization techniques.
- Paid Social Campaigns : Develop and execute Paid Social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms, leveraging user data and targeting options.
- eCommerce Campaigns : Manage end-to-end shopping campaigns, including creating feed files, working with merchant centers, and executing shopping campaigns.
- Creative Requirements : Understand the creative requirements for different platforms and develop engaging ad content that resonates with target audiences.
- Competitor Profiling : Develop a deep understanding of competitors' strategies and market trends.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with the team to provide regular status updates and ensure seamless project execution.
- Performance Tracking : Ensure conversion tracking and key performance indicator (KPI) measurements are in place to measure campaign effectiveness.
Requirements :
Education : Any Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.Experience : 4+ years of experience in Paid Social and PPC advertising, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.Skills : Strong analytical skills, data analysis experience, and basic Excel skills.Personal Qualities : Effective communication skills, quick learning ability, attention to detail, and a performance-driven mindset.
