Title : Solutions Consultant
Location : Bangalore
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Mapping customer requirements and proposing a Technically viable solution or service from within the company's offering.
- Improving sales effectiveness through domain expertise, product knowledge, requirements gathering and solution design
- Own and maintain the product demonstration set-ups and continuously enhance them in line with the development of the platforms.
- Support sales efforts by building in-depth expertise on solutions
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends with proactive research
- Work closely with members of the sales team in developing newer markets
- Manage the internal CRM with respect to various sales opportunities
Offer Design
Coordinate with different stakeholders and internal teams for the required support in creating the solutions offeringCraft relevant and powerful sales pitches to support the sales team's effortsTake an active role in creating a value proposition, product / service positioning and change management challenges associated with any saleWork with the technology team to aid the development of the platform roadmapSales Pitch
Manage the bidding process by responding to RFIs and RFPsOwn the due-diligence processes being carried out by prospective clientsEnsure successful execution of proof of concept (POC) projectsDeliver and support product demonstration for prospects and clientsRequirements gathering and assessment for new projects working along with the analyst teamsCoordinate with various internal and external stakeholders leading proposal developmentOperations Support
Engage with the sales and operations team in clearly articulating the statement of works (SOWs) for the engagementProvide assistance to the delivery team to understand the context of the situation and any other clarifications they may require to deliver the solutionRequirements :
6+ years work experience with a top tier analytics consulting firm / enterprise-scale SaaS platforms.Stellar teamwork, interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work in an entrepreneurial fast-paced environmentWorking knowledge of Marketing automation or Analytics platformsExcellent marketing domain knowledge understanding, particularly with digital-first platformsExcellent oral communication and impeccable written communication skillsPrior experience in Business development and or a pre-sales roleShould be willing to continuously co-ordinate with clients and business development teams spread across the globe as well as teams in IndiaStrong project management skills and a research-oriented approach to salesExperience of working with Indian customers
