Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance sales skills and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing personalized assistance when needed.
  • Monitor key sales metrics, such as conversion rates, average transaction value, and customer retention, to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop action plans to address any issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, including setting targets, allocating resources, and controlling expenses.
  • Ensure cost-effective sales operations while maximizing revenue generation.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings.
  • Use insights to adjust sales strategies and gain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to align sales activities with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives to drive sales growth.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting performance against targets, key metrics, and actionable insights.
  • Provide recommendations for strategic decisions based on data analysis.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • 3+ experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
  • Hands on experience in building & handling large team.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems
