Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Talent Manager on the New Faces and Development team. Some of the key responsibilities include

  • Taking Model Orientation meetings (needs to have very clear communication skills)
  • Scheduling & taking polaroid sessions + helping with model's wardrobe selection
  • Shortlisting and sharing pola data with Anima team on same day
  • Organising content sessions (Q&A, intro video), being ready with creative questions.
  • Managing model's schedule, travel entries etc.
  • Arranging test shoots, handling test shoots at the office from beginning till end.
  • Handling editorial shoot enquiries, pitching faces actively to editorial teams.
  • Training +guidance for models on ramp walk and photo shoot body language (organising practice sessions at office) (follow up on their progress)
  • Client relations with Editorial teams, attending editorial and test shoots to meet creatives on board.
  • Updating all photographers / creatives on new model faces that have joined the agency
  • Regular follow up with models on their skin condition, measurements, college schedule.
  • Conducting regular model meetings to discuss / resolve any issues.
  • Creating a bank of new talents / creatives in industry and reaching out to them.
  • Organising in-person meetings with new photographers / creatives who are shooting with our talent.
  • Connecting Hair & Makeup and Photography teams for all on-going shoots, understanding our artists profiles and backgrounds.
  • Follow up and get images from test shoot and editorial jobs.
  • Actively scouting online / offline for new faces to sign.
  • Scheduling and Organising scouting events for new face search.

Qualifications

  • Experience in talent management, talent scouting, and relationship building
  • Strong negotiation, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market demands in fashion, film, and advertising
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and managing schedules
  • A background in fashion, marketing, or a related field is advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
