Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Application Developer to support implementation, upgrade, and customization projects for EnterpriseOne 9.x or above. The role involves technical consulting, development, data migration, and integration activities within large-scale JD Edwards environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.x+ implementation and upgrade projects.
  • Perform technical development, customization, retrofit, data conversion, and interface development using JD Edwards tools such as :
  • OMW, RDA, TDA, FDA, Visual Compare, FRW, TC’s, BI Publisher
  • BSFN, BSSV, Orchestrator, Groovy Scripts (added advantage)
  • Translate and map business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Develop detailed technical design documents for new developments.
  • Conduct unit testing and support CRP / iCRP / UAT cycles.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to execute business process testing.
  • Manage project timelines, work assignments, and deliverables across teams.
  • Ensure adherence to JD Edwards development standards and methodologies.
  • Utilize productivity tools effectively (MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, MS SharePoint, etc.).

Required Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with recent focus on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (preferably version 9.1 or later).
  • At least one full-cycle EnterpriseOne implementation or upgrade project.
  • Proven expertise in :
  • JD Edwards customization and retrofit
  • Data conversion and integration development
  • E1 development methods and standards

    • Qualifications & Soft Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Oracle / JD Edwards certification (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of onsite consulting experience (advantageous).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Flexible and collaborative, with a professional consulting attitude.
